Dr. Bijan Khajehpour is a managing partner at Atieh International, the Vienna based international arm of the Atieh Group of Companies, a group of strategic consulting firms based in Tehran, Iran. Bijan has been instrumental in advising companies on entering markets in the Middle East. He has a strategic outlook in his consulting work and provides a macro environmental view to investing in new markets; understanding PESTLE structures (political, economic, social, technological, legal and environmental), social and investment challenges, but also has been involved in mediation and negotiations of international business and investment partnerships.

Pari has over 18 years of experience working as a consultant to multinational and international companies. Her expertise is working in emerging and risky markets to set up, implement and deliver HR processes. She is involved in talent management and development, performance management, compensation and benefits consulting, designing HR strategies and learning and development.

In addition to her HR consulting, Pari has worked with all organisational levels from senior executives to project and virtual teams providing training solutions in intercultural competence, personal leadership, global team development, building trust and organisational commitment, values and strategies.

One of her main strengths is to help companies better understand working and living in the Middle East and Islamic countries


Manno França

Manno França is President of the Matutu Foundation in Minas Gerais State, Brazil. He is also a geographer, expert in natural areas management, mapping, logistics and participatory planning. He works as a professor and researcher in agroforestry ecological techniques and director of projects in ecological and intercultural communities, he advices environmental organizations at governmental and non governmental levels. He is also a pilot, explorer, photographer and forest fire-fighting trainer.


Omar Fayed

Following a decade of education and work in finance, fashion, sport, health, wellness and hospitality, aviation and real estate, Omar Fayed shifted his focus towards endeavors that work in ways to harmonise significant advancements in economics and industry, with comprehensive ecological and ethical considerations. He continues to serve as a director on boards of a number of family related enterprises in the latter three fields mentioned above.

He designed and founded the Synergy House in London, a mixed-purpose regeneration project that seeks to encourage initiatives sharing a vision and values of harmonious ways-of-life in cities, ones that facilitate significant cultural, artistic and scientific exchange as well as ethical and innovative business practices.

Fayed co-founded Living Green City, a company whose aim is to facilitate and forwardly organize transitions for major cities towards eco-friendlier futures by producing and promoting green infrastructure initiatives, beginning with the introduction of local and regional living wall and green roof projects.

He also serves as a Director of Biotecture, a company which designs, supplies, installs and maintains green infrastructure. The company’s vision is to transform urban architecture for the well being of people and the planet and as Chairman of Synergetic Press, the fiercely independent publisher with offices in Santa Fe, New Mexico and in London, England. The company has published paradigm-shifting texts for over thirty years and seeks to promote positive, impactful thinking and action. The company seeks to encourage, educate, and empower a new generation of planetary stewards.

He is a Fellow of The Institute of Ecotechnics.
